For employees: record the actual work
Open Attendance in the mobile app with your own account. Select the assigned shop or entry where requested, record the actual start or finish and review the saved record. Do not share another employee’s account.
If there is a warning or weak connection
Read the warning and submit the information the app allows you to record. Check whether the entry is saved or still waiting to synchronize. Warnings help administrators review unusual timing or location; they should not be treated as proof that no work occurred.
For managers: review the history
Review the employee and day before adding or correcting an attendance entry. Keep the reason and supporting details where available. Payroll calculations use the reviewed records selected for the generated report.
For administrators: choose the recipients
Open notification management in the dashboard. Configure the relevant attendance or manager-report rule, recipient roles or named people, shop scope and time zone. Empty recipient settings retain that alert’s default recipients.
Set useful deadlines and delivery
Choose weekdays, due time and days after the reporting day for manager reports. Set reminder intervals, escalation and quiet hours if needed; zero disables repeat or escalation. Enable inbox or push as appropriate. Check mobile notification permission and registration; saved rules alone do not prove a push reached the device.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
