Find the right order

Use Orders and its channel filters to locate counter, kiosk or supported delivery orders. Match the visible order number rather than relying on the item list alone. Open details for options and item notes.

Accept and prepare

Accepting a new order starts preparation. Confirm that the correct order is selected before marking it Ready. A previously paid kiosk or delivery order must not be collected as a new counter payment.

Use reminders as a prompt to check

Visual age indicators and configured reminders help staff notice waiting orders. They do not prove the food is ready or that a customer collected it. Update the status to reflect the real work.

Hand over when it actually happens

Mark the order handed over when staff pass it to the customer or courier. For delivery, courier collection is not confirmation that the customer received it. Completed orders remain available in history.

Handle printing independently

Payment, sale recording, fiscal receipt and kitchen ticket have separate statuses. Review an actual failed or uncertain print. Use an explicit kitchen copy when appropriate; do not accept an order again to force another print.
