1. Select and test the connection
Choose the supported USB, LAN/TCP or paired Bluetooth connection. Select the actual USB/Bluetooth device or enter its local network endpoint. Review the draft before saving, then use the printer test and check the paper physically. Hardware printing requires the native Android application.
2. Set paper, layout and copies
Match the configured width to the physical 58 mm or 80 mm paper. Choose standard or compact customer layout and the number of copies per document. One customer receipt plus a separate kitchen ticket are two different documents, even when each uses one copy.
3. Decide when a kitchen ticket is needed
Use Separate kitchen ticket for counter sales only when a second document is wanted. The setting is off by default. Kiosk and delivery acceptance have their own kitchen-processing flow. From an order, Print kitchen copy deliberately prints another labeled copy.
4. Add an optional timed sound
Sound after printing is off by default. Test sound sends only the command, without paper or saving settings. Advanced settings accepts a printer-specific hex command; 1B 42 03 04 is a suggested test that produced three timed beeps on the shop printer. Support depends on the printer.
Important: ordinary and fiscal output differ
An ordinary receipt or kitchen ticket does not prove fiscalization. Sound applies to eligible POS customer/kitchen tickets and copies, not fiscal output, reports or printer test tickets. A transport acknowledgment alone does not verify paper or an audible beep.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
