Other topics

1. Confirm the installation

Use the fiscal printer and connection qualified for this register. Select the supported USB, LAN/TCP or other exposed connection and enter the device’s own settings. Do not copy a payment terminal address into fiscal-printer settings.

2. Check device and tax configuration

Connect and read the printer status. Verify item VAT assignments and the printer’s fiscal configuration with the responsible administrator or service technician. Missing or incompatible tax assignments need correction before the affected receipt can be issued.

3. Read the original receipt result

In Sales & receipts, open the sale and inspect its fiscal status. An eligible pending or proven failed attempt may expose Fiscalize sale or Retry fiscal receipt. An issued or uncertain original must be verified rather than blindly issued again.

4. Complete the fiscal day deliberately

Use the End day controls when the daily fiscal report is required. Review the physical printer report separately from the POS register summary. Reprinting a non-fiscal summary must not be treated as another fiscal daily report.
