Review each address and reporting setup. Assign devices and users to the relevant shop rather than sharing a register identity between branches.

Compare like with like

Select the same date basis, sales source and comparison settings when reviewing locations. A missing synchronization or manager submission is a data gap to review, not proof of zero sales.

Follow up by location

Use report review, attendance history and device health for the shop involved. Configure notification shop scope so the responsible team receives the right reminders.
