1. Choose the connection by its purpose
Dotykacka supplies imported sales. Uber Eats supports an order workflow and actions. Fakturownia supports the configured invoice workflow. Each connection needs its own shop association, authorization and verified setup; enabling one does not enable the others.
2. Keep imported and primary sales distinct
Review the dashboard’s selected sales source and the original imported order/sale identity. Do not create a manual duplicate to make an integration total match. A failed or delayed import should be investigated in that connection’s status and original records.
3. Configure reporting channels separately
In the shop’s delivery-platform settings, select the defaults managers should see and configure the appropriate accounting method and collection destination. A platform-paid order and cash collected by the shop must not be classified the same way merely because they share a delivery brand.
4. Verify the manager report and cash expectation
Select the shop in the mobile report and confirm its default channels appear. Review the reported amounts and resulting expected cash. Adding Glovo, Pyszne or a custom accounting channel does not by itself connect that platform’s order API.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
