Choose the shop and period
Open the dashboard or Sales and choose the shop, date range and sales source. Check the reporting time zone and whether the current day is still in progress.
Open the underlying sale
Inspect the items, payments, discounts, corrections and fiscal information for a sale. Order preparation status is operational; it does not replace payment or financial status.
Compare with manager reports
Use manager report review to compare the reported figures and delivery details with source records. Investigate missing records or synchronization before concluding that a difference is an error by staff.
