Other topics

1. Create the right shop structure

Sign in to the dashboard with an administrator account. Create or review the shop, address and reporting configuration. Keep each physical location separate so sales, attendance and reports belong to the correct shop.

2. Assign people to their work

Create the employee or user records and assign the appropriate role and shops. Give cashiers access to the POS, managers access to shop reporting and employees access to attendance. Check access using the actual account before opening.

3. Prepare the menu and accounting settings

Review products, options, prices and fiscal VAT mappings where fiscal printing applies. Select the delivery channels used by the shop and their accounting methods. Do not invent a tax rate to make an unmapped item print.

4. Connect and verify devices

Pair the POS or kiosk with the correct shop. Configure payment, ordinary printing and fiscal printing separately. Confirm terminal model, connection, receipt copies and the payment provider’s requirements.

5. Walk through a real workflow

With authorized test arrangements, check checkout, payment result, customer and kitchen printing, preparation and handover. Check the backend sale and synchronization separately. Train the team on uncertain payments and the difference between closing a shift and ending the fiscal day.

Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
